I was in this store last Saturday in the castlecourt city centre. Myself and my daughter were served by Christian who was very knowledgable about the few trainers we were interested in, and very helpful. We left with a purchase and had a really good experience. So a big thankyou to Christian .

Every time I go to this store the staff are always huddled in the middle chatting and laughing away. Never get any help/customer service. Sometimes they’re even in the way of customers browsing items. Hoping some feedback will help management realise this is happening and I can shop in this store again.
