Thank you to Carl for being one of 8 O2 store members who actually was willing to help me. I?ve been to 4 other stores who all said their systems are down and to ring 202? of course themuns at the call centre say you can?t do it over the phone and need to go into O2? I was passing by and tried my luck and I was in and out in 5 minutes as he knew what to do. Naturally if I need to go into an O2 store I will make an effort to go to this one as clearly they want to help.

Shop is an absolute disgrace, have been trying to resolve contract and bill issues for days, they give me misleading information which another shop confirmed they have made mistakes. The manager mark was incredibly rude and hostile towards me, this guy shouldn't be in customer service it felt more like a school room than 02. Disgraceful store and staff. Mark the manager of this store is not fit for his job. There was also a member of staff finding the situation funny.

I was in Kennedy store on Wednesday evening regarding issues with Samsung phone. Extremely bad customer service and bad advice. Went to forestside for second opinion who were much better. Stay clear of Kennedy centre as could cost you money

Young fella with dark hair wouldn't even help me. All I needed to know was how to hard reset my phone because my screen had froze. He looked like he couldn't be bothered even speaking to me because I wasn't giving a sale. Ended up going to Samsung who sorted me out within 10 seconds.

ridiculous service today or should I say no service no help at all trying to get an upgrade and the shop was empty ended up just saying I'll go somewhere else ...seriously sort your staff out

Staff go above and beyond to help. Called in today to get help with a problem I was having with my sim card. The guy - I didn't get his name, I wish I did but he was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. - Thank you for taking the time and showing so much patience!!

Disgusting experience staffmember kieran had no understanding of my frustration and was arrogant and rude by just cutting my phone conversation short saying we're a sales team team cant help you with payment ive told you what to do have a nice day goodbye and cut me off costumer care is non existent will be changing phone company if i can ever get my bill sorted outraged by total lack of service
