9.37 I get a message saying parcel will be delivered between 9.30am and 11.30am, fair enough, I come home from my split in work to receive package (signed for) 11.30 passes, wait another 2 hours then ring them to be told that they are just a guide time, over 3 hours waiting now and still no parcel and the guy on the phone didn't know where the driver was with it. If its just a guide then it should have said that on the notification that I received.

Received fantastic service yesterday from delivery driver Zach Doyle. He went above and beyond to pickup our parcel on time to keep our customer satisfied. 5 Star !

A shout out to the guys and gals at DHL in Belfast. I drop packages down to them and they are always helpful and cheerful. My little business relies on getting stuff sent out safely, and between the front desk staff, all the way to consistent deliveries at the far end, I have yet to find any fault.

I gave a call to DHL to customer service today 20.12.2023, because today their driver marked the parcel as not delivered, after I provide them the right address and my phone number, to give me a call in a case if they cannot enter into the building.At 11:03am in the morning o so the second day, I received the email with apeproximately time of delivery of two hours. DHL send me the message at 12:38 how he they tried to deliver the parcel but premises were closed. (the right address, apt number and my phone number been provided for this delivery).To make this situation even more funny, I stay at home to wait on delivery, drinking coffee with the view on the one way entrance in the building and big parking in a time of receiving the email for delivery time, and guess what? Nobody from DHL show up or get close to the building.After I spent around 20 minutes on the phone with the customer service agent, I've been told how they gonna sent the parcel with some of the drivers on they way home after the shift. That weren't happen either.After I explain to them how there is a problem with the driver and how this is not funny. Because I have flight early in the morning at 4am on 21.12.23 from Dublin, and I am leaving my house around midnight.I am not gonna be able to receive the parcel on the 3rd day. And I have to take the parcel with me on the flight. On the 2nd day how they couldn't find the address and access in to the building to "try" to deliver the parcel, this getting more and more frustrating.To be honest it is a mistake of DHL because they are not enough serious and organised to do their job, specifically the drivers here in Belfast.Now is 23.22pm 20.12.23 and I'm still waiting on the parcel to arrive and unfortunately nobody show up.I have to cancelled this delivery and request the refund in full with the delivery price from the shop. Now the shop need to handle the DHL and deal with them, what makes a bad business for the shop and DHL damaged financially that shop.This is very embarrassing for such a big company and on top of everything I've been promised a lie.My next step was to write and post all this situation in review.This is really bad and I am not happy.

Shockingly bad service. A package ordered weeks before Christmas made it as far as DHL Belfast, whereupon it was as mistakenly sent to Norway rather than being loaded into a van and delivered to my house. ?????Parcel still hasn?t arrived. Customer services (on their 7ppm phone line), say it won?t be here for Christmas. But maybe by new year ?Half wits. ?

Called into DHL, Belfast today to send a parcel to Uganda. I was welcomed by Keith. He was friendly, helpful, pleasant and dealt with my parcel and queries in a very professional manner. Thank you Keith for your help, time and patience.

I work in Newtownards and today a chap called Zach came in to collect a parcel. He was the nicest, bubbliest and most polite courier that has ever came into my showroom! I?m not one for reviews but very impressed so felt the need to give some positive feedback!

Try to phone, call ended. Finally get through on one and it directs to the app. Input all details on the app and it charges me for an item with a prepaid return label. And all the local DHL drop of shops won't take the item as 'invalid code'.

Shocking communication from customer services.. lost (or stolen) parcel and every person I contact hangs up as the obviously have no resolution. Will never use the services again
