Ordered rug from wayfair and it was dispatched the next day. It was due to arrive last Wednesday but after waiting in all day it did not arrive, then got message saying it would arrive next working day. Arranged for my son to sit in all day waiting, then that evening got a text to say it would arrive between 2 and 3 on Friday. I had family arriving from America on the Saturday and wanted the rug for the guest room. No rug arrived, another wasted day. The phone numbers are no use, just a recorded message. The phone number for DHL mallusk rings out. Tried the WhatsApp, no use, how do you contact customer service?? Had to go out Saturday and buy a rug from argos, I've tried emailing but no response, its now Tuesday and tracker just says its at the depot, where it was last Wednesday, I will avoid ordering from any companies that use DHL in future, totally unprofessional, incompetent and zero regard for customer service.

Called to office for assistance on posting goods to America. Staff were absolutely brilliant very attentive quick in sorting out my package. Will definitely be using this company again. Thank you ?

I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. For two weeks, they could not locate my address, which is very easy to find and right in the city center! In the 20 years I have lived at this address, this has never happened before. They even sent my parcel to a depot in another town, which is a 30-minute drive away, and I had to pick it up myself. This disrupted my business, as the parcel contained supplies I needed for a client

Granddaughter sent parcel from America to me meant to be delivered on Monday 4th August its now Friday 8th and still hasn't been delivered I've phoned DHL several times and still no satisfaction as yo were or what has happened to it i definitely won't be recommending DHL to anyone its a total Disgrace

Their customer service was excellent, my delivery was promised for Monday the 28th. So I'll change to 5 stars when it's delivered.
Can someone help me understand this.
Ok when my parcel left Belfast, it went to England. That's fine!
But then to Cincinnati, usa then New York, then California. Seriously! That's some detour to Australia.

I?ve had enough of DHL Belfast?s awful service. They consistently claim ?no one was home? without even attempting to ring the doorbell or make a simple phone call. Today was the final straw I was waiting all day for a very important delivery: my passport. Not only did they fail to deliver it, they sent their usual lazy excuse: ?sorry we missed you? even though we were definitely home!
No call, no knock, nothing. Just a fake delivery attempt and refusal to help afterwards. It?s ridiculous that a global company operates with such carelessness and lack of accountability. DHL Belfast has proven time and again that they simply do not care about their customers.
If you need something important or time-sensitive especially a document like a passport DO NOT TRUST DHL. Worst delivery company I?ve ever dealt with.

Only put 1 star because it won?t let me put a 0. Would not recommend anyone to use DHL Belfast. My husband and I had important documents sent to Harare but they were never delivered. They were very dismissive and unbothered when we tried to track the parcel movement within a few days of being sent which I feel would have made the whole tracking ordeal more efficient but it was only after several (long waiting to be answered and being passed on from one agent to the other) phone-calls that we were told the parcel couldn?t be tracked past the warehouse in the system as it doesn?t show being scanned out , which was definitely surprising as the tracker was showing movement and that it was in Harare but they couldn?t find it in their system. They don?t care about customers inconvenience and feelings at all as they only offered a refund and ?compensation? inclusively of £50 on documents worth £200 and which we will have to repeat the whole process of trying to get the documents back incurring even more costs. So disappointed and dissatisfied with their service! Will tell whoever listens not to use their service as well!

Was very nervous sending very important documents to my son in Bangkok, he needed these papers urgently for his new employment. I sent on Monday of this week around lunchtime & he received the documents safely at 10.35 his local time this morning. Such a relief that package delivered so promptly & securely I would recommend this express service to anyone in same position. Staff at depot in Belfast very helpful.. just come prepared with all your information, full names, addresses, contact details etc , I did this & it made the whole process so much easier for everyone. Thanks DHL!

Absolutely disastrous service! if you need a fast reliable courier service, look anywhere but DHL Express! I have had, yet another afternoon sitting waiting for a DHL Express delivery only to watch their van, (on their tracking app), drive past my premises, then 20 minutes later, drive back past me heading back to their Belfast base in time to finish the day! Was then sent a message telling me they had tried to deliver the parcel but there was no-one in! A blatant lie! This has happened exactly the same every single time I have had a shipment sent to me via DHL Express. Completely unacceptable service and they have the cheek to charge you 7p per min when you try to contact them to obtain any info! Gave 1 star as there is no possibility to give 0!!!

I have used the Belfast depot several times and their service is excellent. Staff are very helpful. Left in a package on Tuesday and it arrived in southern Spain less than 24 hours later. Well done and by far the best provider I have used

My parcel was delivered on Friday, and signed for at the wrong address, though probably same postcode.
