A shout out to the guys and gals at DHL in Belfast. I drop packages down to them and they are always helpful and cheerful. My little business relies on getting stuff sent out safely, and between the front desk staff, all the way to consistent deliveries at the far end, I have yet to find any fault.

Shockingly bad service. A package ordered weeks before Christmas made it as far as DHL Belfast, whereupon it was as mistakenly sent to Norway rather than being loaded into a van and delivered to my house. ??♂️Parcel still hasn’t arrived. Customer services (on their 7ppm phone line), say it won’t be here for Christmas....
