Had a wonderful experience in store on Sunday, regardless of how busy the store was every team member was friendly and helpful but special mention to Lauren who went out of her way to help my child pick the perfect bear.

They have not updated their birthday bears ever. Me and my sisters kids (5 in total) went up last year and got all new outfits for each bear. Returned again this year to keep the tradition going and the bears are still the same. We ended up just leaving the shop and spending our money elsewhere. Very disappointed. Also...
