Can't believe that a bottle of perfume unopened and with receipt cannot be exchanged or refunded. Should be told this when purchasing. Staff not abit helpful. So don't buy perfume from boots.

Went i today to get a boots card as I have points online but can’t use them in store, had trouble connecting cards to my online account before and was gonna attempt again but the Boots assistant was so helpful and did it all for me even though it required a password reset and I didn’t really have the patience to do... read full comment
