It was my first time ever getting a script from here but the pharmacist was so helpful and lovely to be so early in the morning I mean it was 9am only opened I think I was the 1st customer. I had a look round afterwards and its a small shop but well stocked and everything you would need. Quite spacious and airy pleasant to walk around.”

“Went i today to get a boots card as I have points online but can’t use them in store, had trouble connecting cards to my online account before and was gonna attempt again but the Boots assistant was so helpful and did it all for me even though it required a password reset and I didn’t really have the patience to do all that but she did and now I’m up n running thanks to the most helpful person iv ever come across in customer service.. There was a specific perfume I wanted to smell and asked if they had one already opened.The staff member was very helpful and opened a box. She was very chatty and had great customer service skills. “It can be quite difficult buying the right scent, especially if you're buying for someone else, but on both counts The Perfume Shop are generally a pretty safe bet for who or whatever you're after. If you're buying for yourself it's generally easier to choose as you can go through your choices and try them out on yourself as the perfumes all smell different on each individual. It's a whole different kettle of fish if you're buying for someone else, and this is where the staff at The Perfume Shop comes in right and handy. Give them a few minor details, like what they usually wear, or what they're interested in and somehow the girls can magically pick the perfect scent for mother/father/brother/sister/boyfriend/girlfriend etc. It's a great way to pick a perfect present for a treat or for that special occasion”

Chemist is upstairs 1st floor (there is a lift) it has photo booths, baby clothes, toys, milk formula, birthday cards, and a weighing machine.Ground floor has Beauty (urban Decay, Fenty, The Ordinary, Dr Jart, Benefit, Estee Lauder, Clingue, Charlotte Tilbury, Glossier, Lacome an array of other brands are on the ground floor with excess for wheelchair users.Also Stationary, health foods, Cbd products, make up like NYX, Revolution, Maybeline, No7, Sleek are some other makeup/skincare products eg eyeshadows, lipsticks, lip gloss, blush, Mascara all are on ground floor.They've got deals, on food and drink, and of you buy or bring your own bottle, you can refill it for free.There's also creatine, workout supplements.Staff here are very friendly, and even though I can imagine they're on the feet all day, and they've ways got a smile and are eager to help in anyway they can.Forgot to mention they've got mens n ladies perfumes too. And a refill for any Alien perfume you need refilled.It's a great store with great staff.Just ask and they'll be ready to help you out.This place is like my second home I love it so much.You will need to wear a mask, stay at least 2 meters from others (sometimes this is impossible with the crowds) but there's always antibacterial gel for buyers to use.”
“H&B is a great source of vitamins, minerals and general health food supps. You need to do your research before you go though. They do have a huge selection of things that are very unnecessary and complete placebos. Like raspberry ketones! there are no such thing as fat burners! or Teatox/detox teas like bootea, the evening ones are laxative effect, you may lose "weight" but its not fatloss. Their protein powders are very overpriced. Bars are full of sugar, check the macros! low fat/carbs are not the answer. In saying this, I do buy a lot of their raw grains, rye and pumpernickel breads and they have great deals like buy one, get another for a penny. The staff are helpful.”
