I had to buy a ton of new stuff because the airline lost my bags. When I arrived at my hotel, some of my packages were completely empty! For instance a box of a mini Huda Beauty mascara I bought-empty?! Generally a poor experience here. Staff are not friendly and I often feel like I’m wasting their time. Text service is unreliable. Unfortunately they’re my closest pharmacy or I would have changed long ago.

I love Boots! So I hate to have to leave a negative review. However, I am now incredibly upset by the treatment I have received from one of the supervisors in store this evening.
