Extremely poor customer service, no one bothers to get back to you, particularly concerning when there is food safety issues at their flagship store that they don't seem bothered to fix.
Very disappointing in what is supposed to be a quality and well established brand.

We had avocado-toast yesterday in Avoca. The food was so bad, we had to leave it. The service was also very poor. By the time the burned, cold bread and eggs arrived, we were finished our coffee. Always fun and delicious! Great to see outside seating, which was def a hot spot. Food and snacks al2ays great quality.
