Absolutely awful customer service. Mangers and so called "second in command" should really be trained on respect and people skills. They should understand having a title of manager means absolutely nothing if you don't have the personality to go with it. Worst Argos about. Staff are incompetent and rude. Jonny was extremely unhelpful and refused to complete a return. Went to a different store and they returned it straight away.
