The last two times I’ve been on there, I’ve been served by a male member of staff & a female member of staff. Both have been so helpful and nice and very friendly and give off good banter. Sports direct should be proud to have employees like this.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The small man behind the till glared at me the entire time. Not one smile. Zero interaction. Actually made me feel like I'd done something wrong!!!! Don't be going here if you're wanting a magical happy customer experience.
