Again the alarm did not go off.!!!!!\\nSuch a hassle to return items for this reason.!!!”

“I was in tonight, Thurs 6th July @ 7.50pm and I have to say the staff in this store are absolutely wonderful. They were so pleasant, helpful and friendly, I will return again in the very near future. I regretfully didn't get the names of the either of the 2 staff but hopefully the date and time will be noted by management. I work in retail also and have to say they were exceptional and this should be acknowledged. I bought a beautiful pair of trainers and will return for another pair in a different colour to this specific store.”

“Ample car parking via Bloomfield shopping center. The store is very modern and open plan. There are several well stocked floors with some great items on sale. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. This is quite a large store compared to the last one that the shipping center had.”

“Great store and plenty of choice. I was in the store at Bangor Co Down looking for a baby seat. A member of staff was very helpful in picking the appropriate seat and went the extra mile and found out the seat that would fit into my car plus as the seat did not have any instructions with it as it was sold as seen she printed of the instructions for me. I think her name was Jesica, I can honestly say she has 100% customer service.”

“A good store near my home but I am now confused about the 25% off wine deal which I have often used before. Asda website says offer is on but store staff tell me not in my Bangor store? This has never happened before. Since my post the wine discount has started one day late but with very disappointing empty shelves and deals not as good any more”

“Visited mothercare in Bangor with my wife to shop for a suitable car travel system for a new baby. We were shown different attachments by a sakes assistant called Hanna. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the Isofix attachment for a car. It was something we had never heard of. She went the extra mile and checked our car seat for this concealed car attachment. It already existed on my car. Hanna gave excellent customer service. She is worth her weight in gold to Mothercare. When we return we will be looking for her to attend us. Well done mothercare for your excellent staff training and customer service.”
