“I arrived home from work to find a note saying a parcel had been returned to Bangor post office as no one was at home.As I was unloading my car the postman arrived with the ordinary letter post. Not our usual man , so apologies I didn't catch his name.He asked would I be in as he would drop the parcel off ( still on his van) after he finished the letters.I thought it was very kind of him and much appreciated as it saved me a trip into the town centre!”

“I've seen a few critical reviews of this post office, but my experience has been a polar opposite. The person who dealt with me was patient, friendly, incredibly helpful (he actually phoned me several times to report progress on a BRP... amazing!). As for queues... hey, this is a small post office sharing space with WH Smith, and this is Britain. I'm fine with that.”
