Durability of some products is poor. New set of Vibram boots, one of the eye hooks for the laces simply broke off after a week (and only 2 short walks!!)

Under one years guarantee , A Skyfall rucksack bought some months ago , developed to my disapointment a small default , I returned to Trespass today requesting if possible could my rucksack be repaired ,!!A member of staff , I have to say was a perfect gentleman , couldn't help me enough . He took one step further to replace the rucksack on the spot . Thank you to Chris with the long hair . For perfect customer service .I will most definitely be returning to this shop .
