Called in today for coats for the children, it was raining! Staff polite and more than helpful, providing assistance in choosing the right sizes. Nice store.

Durability of some products is poor. New set of Vibram boots, one of the eye hooks for the laces simply broke off after a week (and only 2 short walks!!)
