“I love TK Maxx, you can always pick up great designer labels for very reasonable prices. I bought a duvet today and that had been £80 reduced to £29.99. It's a super duvet and a great price. I buy a lot of children's clothes here as my granddaughter loves the styles and I love the prices. The staff are always helpful and friendly and it's a joy to shop here. I would recommend the Ballymena store to anyone.”

“Primark in Derry is fantastic they are one of the best kept stores I have ever been in,Its not like one of there other stores in County Antrim it's a shambles,with clothes lying everywhere, clothes mixed with different clothes not great for a Shopper definitely Derry are 100% a far tidier store ?”
“Great spot, not the biggest food hall but fast and efficient tills meaning a quick in and out is possible even at Christmas. I found the staff very friendly and helpful!! The cafe was clean and well staffed and to be fair was a lot more pleasant than the other M&S cafes in the provence.”

“The manager was simply outstanding helping us to use those daft one4all vouchers. Her patience was outstanding and she remained friendly and helpful whilst under the weight of Christmas queues and pressure. We had tried to spend the vouchers in M&S and the staff were very unhelpful. I rarely shop in Argos but after today would be happy to rethink.”

“Tried to return item bought previous day in Belfast and refused. I had receipt but because the store is a franchise they only accept returns bought in store. Store sign directs you to Superdry T&C, which says can return to any store except airport branches. Even Superdry help desk admitted that wrong but couldn't force shop to accept return. Lost my custom.”

“For me the guys in store were pragmatic, helpful and professional. A credit to Halfords... However, when buying or ordering things online for store pickup, the centralised call centre and live chat are utterly rubbish, not to mention the customer service in some things that are also centralised at head office (like getting blood out of a stone). Avoid the website and come into store.”
