Room not particularly clean, some rubbish was missed and it was not well hoovered. In the bathroom - broken towel rail, toilet not attached properly to the wall, waterfall shower sending water every direction. Not particularly accessible if you have any mobility issues either with so many stairs and no lift. Honestly,... read full comment
