Guy turned up was 25 minutes late (not a great impression as shows would turn up late to customers!) also pushy, after also giving the worst % rate to sell the house out of the 3 people who valued the house that day, wanted 1.3%, got 0.9% to your rivals who were much nicer and explained everything... read full comment
