If your closest phone tower is near Hatton. Don't bother getting Ee/BT as that tower has been broken for ages and keeps going down but they can't fix it because of asbestos. This is what i have been told by customer service team as my signal is shocking and where I live I ping town centres tower, he then said well it a good job it is Hatton tower as they can't fix it. I think it is disgusting that they still sell to people in the areas who's home would be pinging off that tower. So before you you buy as what tower your home will ping. If it is Hatton just walk away. But if it's anywhere else give it ago as it is great when it works and we have a smart home!

Cancelled my contract within the 30 days before it ended in writing, email and letter was ignored and EE continued to take money out my account for the next 7 months.
EE have confirmed today that my process of terminating my contract in writing was wrong and it should have been verbal hence why my email and letter was ignored but it does not state this anywhere in the terms and conditions!
These guys are in tele tubby world, I can assure you I will be getting my £400 back!

Visiting this store caused ten times more stress to our lives than needed. The package we were promised was incorrect, and blamed on a technical fault. So called the technical team and was told that we were missold products. I would check online before agreeing to a contractual agreement in this EE store, as it may cost you more money trying to rectify the situation, like it has with me. Also, do not trust that you can revert back to your BT WiFi if EE inevitably messes up, as that is also not true. Also the best WiFi they have in store will not cover a whole house and will not extend good WiFi to each room, that is another lie.

Excellent customer service here. The store Manager Josh was very helpful during the process of migrating my numbers from O2 to EE.Super friendly and helpful.Highly recommend.

Appalling, this is a franchise and not a direct EE store. Wanted to add my son to EE on the same Deal as my daughter and I've wound up paying more for both despite asking for the same, he never told me the cost and I assumed it was the same, two year contract instead of 12 months as it was, saw me coming well and truly. No copies of the contact and so disinterested. The real EE on the phone cannot and will not do anything to help because it's a franchise store and not a real one. I will not return here.
