Appalling, this is a franchise and not a direct EE store. Wanted to add my son to EE on the same Deal as my daughter and I've wound up paying more for both despite asking for the same, he never told me the cost and I assumed it was the same, two year contract instead of 12 months as it was, saw me coming well and truly.... read full comment

Not very good,in fact,a complete waste of time.Problem still not resolved
