It was horrible, service was rubbish and the pricing was confusing and it looked dirty and tired..

friendly welcome. Very helpful team. limited but adequate food selection. little natural light so head office could improve lighting as impractical to read paper / book etc. Like many Costas, the swinging a/c units make it feel draughty especially as many seats are close to wall.
