Maybe I went on a good day, but I had no problem picking up a prescription for a controlled drug that the dispensary at the doctor's surgery didn't have. Parked on the street directly opposite, no queue, staff were fine, didn't have to wait long for the prescription to be dealt with. If you want to know what real waiting is like, try the pharmacy at Kettering General Hospital!”
