“A sterile looking pharmacy, in a large light airy unit off the doctors surgery. The pharmaists are knowledgeable and friendly and will help with any problems you may have. If they think you need to see a doctor they will tell you. The service was excellent and i never have to wait long for them to fulfil my perscription.”

I think one needs to bear in mind that NOT every patient is sunshine and rainbows, and that patients tend to have Very high expectations of those who serve others, whilst NOT meeting their OWN high standards themselves! (Likewise, the same can be true for professionals)

“My baby loves the under 1s play sessions here, staff are always friendly, great selection of books. We turned up not realising the baby group wasn’t on in school holidays and the staff couldn’t of been nicer. Rushden library is a real asset to our town.”
