I have always found the staff in branch really helpful. I call in for change to pay certain groups I attend, never a problem. Last week I took a tumble and made my way to the bank. Having recently moved to the area I had to pop in to the branch to deal with my change in address & the two ladies that I dealt with (one lady was called Kirti but I’m sorry, I didn’t catch the other ladies name) could not have been more helpful. They were polite, professional and were so helpful.
