Not professional staff. Often make mistakes. Can't manage to sort problems .trying to send away yo make phone calls instead of talking face to face

Useless staff went there to update account detail for loan . They said they done. Result : They couldn't manage to take out payment and blamed me. Got all emails that I spoke with tsb company In 3 different email. Finally someone update details. But they marked as I miss the payment. Dirty people. Horrible service and... read full comment
