As someone who was born with glaucoma, it’s very important for me to know the health of my eyes. The team was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.”

“I spent almost £2000 pounds trying to get a pair of glasses suitable for my sight and ended up having to make do. Hence I was reluctant to have my eyes tested at all BUT a friend recommended Abington Eye Care Opticians telling me how good they were. Good turned out to be the understatement of the year. My eyes were tested my old glasses checked and checked and rechecked then my new glasses were ordered. Well I was amazed at the clarity of vision, the visual balance in each eye and the smoothness of transition throughout the range of the varifocals. I cannot praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone without the slightest hesitation. My Wife and Father in Law now use Abington Eye Care. The staff and expertise are second to none. I chose Sheinmans for an eye test for my son as they had a free appointment and was incredibly impressed. The staff are friendly and professional, and the premises are smart and up to date. I have now been coming here with my whole family since 2020 and wish I had made the switch years ago! The staff, especially Alex, always go the extra mile and I feel very looked after whenever we visit (and free coffee is always welcome!). They even remember my name which is a lovely touch. “Cannot recommend highly enough. Keyur was fantastic with my daughter (6) today, made her feel really comfortable, was encouraging and explained what he was doing. He also took time to answer her questions and show her a model of the eye. Keyur also treats myself, husband and son and is always great.
