“Visited the store yesterday. Appointment was on time, in fact early. The staff were great. The chap that served me was great, very knowledgeable and asked his fellow colleagues on their opinions on my chosen glasses. I had a blue light card voucher which proved very easy to use. The was again knowledgeable and very very pleasant and caring. All in all a great visit. Would recommend. Great service ?”

“The staff were lovely and I had a thorough eye test however I feel that £29 + for an eye test is expensive on top of glasses.The offer on at the moment doesn’t work for me n possibly others however there’s no give in offering other servicesFree eye test etcI have to wear glasses permanently so I’m careful choosing however because I have varifocals and thinner lenses it cost me a fortune.”

“Front staff arr friendly store is well maintained with a clean professional feel. Good selection and value. Only issue was the male optician was rather rude and arrogant telling me that the lens coatings I was asking for with my order were not necessary and argued over it with me when I've been advised by specialists due to a eye disease they will help. It wasn't just trying to be helpful it's was just thinking he was superior.”
