Paid full price for a large Mocha to be told I'd have to have it a takeaway cup as they didn't have any clean cups to serve it in. Not even offered a refund for the price difference. Okay it was a free coffee, but to me that's not the point.

Found the staff hostile towards me which made me feel sad and unwelcomed I watched someone after me get served with a different ethnicity completely different level of service

We waited for good 10min for our collection order to be made because "ticked didn't print out" - usually great experience in there. Hopefully it will get back to usual standard soon.

I love going to this place but the cordiality of the service feels like a lottery - sometimes we meet the ones who are cordial, helpful and friendly. But sometimes we get the ones who give us a moody, unhelpful treatment.
