Paid full price for a large Mocha to be told I'd have to have it a takeaway cup as they didn't have any clean cups to serve it in. Not even offered a refund for the price difference. Okay it was a free coffee, but to me that's not the point.

Easy to access and helpful staff. Plenty of free chairs and tables.Good coffee that was served quickly by friendly staff.
