This is generally a good place to shop. It is well stocked and the staff are polite. There has been a great improvement in the time waiting to pick up my prescription. Hardly ever have to queue now. Staff is not trained properly, one member says one thing other otherwise etc. First was told I could get the replacement new card in store but later I was told no I couldn’t. Staff was not sure. I lost my boots cards, logged in to the account but to link it you need to have full card number , store staff was not able... read full comment
