Should state that amazon delivers can't be collected unless it's post office hours, this oly applies to amazon, other parcels can be collected anytime,

They get your order wrong and do nothing accept tell you to sort it for a refund on the items they “forgot to pack” that you have also payed delivery for!! I won’t be ordering from here again. Not great customer service skills!
