Tyre replacements- competitive price, very slow service - 1hr 30min to replace 2 tyres from time booked to leaving the premises. Particularly annoying as mentioned my need to depart within an hour to attend to an important home appointment. Low rating based on slowness to complete job, polite staff but attitude not customer engaging / focused. Shame overall - suggest pricing will need to be competitive otherwise little reason given to a customer to return based on customer experience soley.

I was very impressed with FI, it was my first visit and will certainly recommend them to my friends. Booking my MOT was very easy to do online. As I left the car, the waiting area was pointed out to me if I needed it and the job was completed within 40 minutes. At collection the staff were friendly and explained the result clearly. Well done to F1.

Worse customer service I've ever had to experience, I took my car into be fixed when I collected it the job hadn't been done n to top it off my brakes weren't working n i was told to still drive home!!!! I was told the job had been done so I paid bill The manager was rude and spoke down to me!! 2 bad experiences in 2 days was enough for me, I had to pay out again at another garage for a job that should of been done by formula one

Thank you yet again for help...that was very kind of the gentleman in reception who filled my car with spare oil as on dashboard oil light was popping up and that was my 6th garage I went to for help (everywhere else was too busy or they just didn't bother to help). Not enough he found time to help me, he found spare oil and filled in for free of charge even though I really wanted to pay. Gentleman said "Merry Xmas" and explained to me kindly what I might need to do next. I really appreciate your help, thank you ever so much, definitely will be back when I need any job to do on my car??????

Very poor experience again...Mot booked In for 11.30am....got there 15 mins before as requested. Left it with them.....After an hour plus, the car still sat there untouched. Eventually, it was seen to and after over 2 hours got it back.... I know what you're going to say....booking time is just a guide, but this always happens at this workshop. Will try Mr Tyre from now on

I don't live in this area and ended up getting a puncture, they were closing in 20mins. I asked if they could have a look and they did, my tyer wasn't fixable and were able to change and give me a new tyer! Honestly couldn't thank them enough. Young lad who works in there stayed after they closed and fixed it. Thank you so much!

Never again will I take my car here. They said my car needed a new headlamp part so failed mot, therefore wanted to charge me £551. I took it to another local garage to find out it only needed the bulb adjusting free of charge and passed mot!! Absolutely disgusting that they were going to charge me for something that it didn't need. So please be aware.

Easy online appointment system. Kept to appointment times and good discounted m.o.t. fee. I recently bought tyres here and was very pleased with the service. Only one very small suggestion, could benefit from having someone on the front desk at all times and not answering phone calls when customers are waiting. Otherwise excellent service.PS.On my recent visit having previously booked in for Mot was kept waiting as they had obviously over booked or short of staff.This is the second time my appointment was late, also other customers were complaining about being kept waiting.I will be trying another garage in future.

Booked for MOT and dropped the car in the morning. Received a phone call in the afternoon saying there was no machine available to test which was sent for calibration. Wasted my day and collected the car. Not reliable

Took my car in for mot and service and Phil explained they were short staffed so it might be a bit longer than expected. They did get it done and Phil rang to say it was ready. Great price and Phil was a very pleasant friendly chap. I shall definately go there again next year. Thanks guys.

Very happy, booked an MOT for the morning a night before. 1 hour, in and out. Really helpful guys, very accommodating with my 6 month old. Wouldn?t go anywhere else!
