Tyre replacements- competitive price, very slow service - 1hr 30min to replace 2 tyres from time booked to leaving the premises. I was very impressed with FI, it was my first visit and will certainly recommend them to my friends. Booking my MOT was very easy to do online. As I left the car, the waiting area was pointed out to me if I needed it and the job was completed within 40 minutes. At collection the staff were friendly and explained the result...

Worse customer service I've ever had to experience, I took my car into be fixed when I collected it the job hadn't been done n to top it off my brakes weren't working n i was told to still drive home!!!! I was told the job had been done so I paid bill The manager was rude and spoke down to me!! 2 bad experiences in 2 days...
