Customer service...there isn't any. Waited nearly two weeks for a part for my 80 year old fathers boiler. They said it would arrive...it didn't...said they would call with updates...they didn't..was going to cost around £60.00 we would have paid anything to get his boiler going...In the end we ordered the part from... read full comment
