“went in looking for a tea cup set for the lady watching my cat at home. Greeted by Wendy with a wonderful smile. She walked around the store looking for an item in my budget. Pleasure and recommend you pop in if looking for something unique.”
“Sam greeted us when we arrived and listened to what we were after. He explained about the “test bed” and used the results to show us appropriate mattresses. We were able to spend as much time on each bed as we liked with a pillow provided. Sam was never far if we had a question and he was very knowledgeable about the different types of materials and construction of the mattresses. Overall a great experience and we’re looking forward to delivery of the mattress and pillows we chose.”
“Staff helped me pick a cute plant to put in my terrarium, it worked very well and looks v nice. Workers were lovely, they and told me about their spring tails and centipedes!”

“Came for a click and collect could have had more signage that it was upstairs collection as I had to queue for ages to be told to go upstairs. But once I got the the collection point it was very quick and smooth to collect my parcel.”

“A big store, just how I remember them being. Friendly staff but I could tell they weren’t very knowledgeable on genres without having to ‘look it up’. Didn’t purchase anything as I couldn’t get what I personally wanted but a big stock of vinyl upstairs. Worth a go.”

“the gentleman that assisted me was very kind and helpful on all 3(?) of my visits. i bought 6 sample pots altogether and then a 5L tin of the 2 colours i finally decided on. on the first visit he explained how the paint mixing service works and the different finishes of paint available. i was very pleased with my experience at this store and if i decide to paint more rooms in my house this is where i will go to purchase them.i was also happy to know that dulux have a recycling facility if you return your sample pots of paint to them. you be refunded the cost of one sample pot against the price of one large tin of paint. but if you bought a ton of samples like i did they can also be returned and recycled.”

They have supplied and fitted an Amtico floor for us this week and the journey was an excellent customer experience from start to finish.Every question was answered quickly and clearly, good advice was given, nothing was too much trouble, and little extras like taking away the old carpet and providing a cleaning kit were included FOC.I don't think I've ever had such a clean, tidy, and thorough tradesperson in the house as Lee was.
