Scam artists. Put their hot chocolate in a bag then put it in a nice tub which looks like you’re getting more than what you pay for. 20 pounds for maybe 4/5 drinks. Disgraceful. What a waste of money

Ok so it's a shop that sells tea and coffee. That said it's nice to perhaps treat your self and relatives with something different. Pleasant staff make it easy to spend your money and it's a holiday memory.
