Sunday roast very poor. Vegetables hardly seen boiling water, roast beef more like cheap sandwich beef. Ordered the pate, cheap slice of pork pate. Chicken fillet was boiled and the stuffing was cheap stuffing balls. Certainly nothing home made.

I can honestly say this pub is a very pleasant suprise. From the outside it just looked like a dated old pub. BUT the STAFF , SERVICE and FOOD are first class. I inadvertently ordered a dish to hot for my delicate palate and the staff resolved it 100%

Had a nice Sunday dinner the only down fall was the waiting time to be served our meal. We was waiting over 1 hour and the gravy could of been thicker as it was quite watery. The girls who served us though were lovely.
