In all honesty I do not think the shop deserves the 1 star. What is meant to be an easy, convenient way to have your parcel delivered turned in to a complete nightmare. Don't use this shop for parcels. It's good as a convenience store but the parcel handling side is terrible. I had two parcels delivered there, they found one but said the other one wasn't there. They kept taking random parcels from the cabinet and scanning them then putting them back in. I pointed out they were rescanning... read full comment
