Turned away at 5:30 today when it's meant to close at 6pm. Absolutely terrible they just want to close early and rejecting customers from coming in.

I felt the need to write a review as I've had awful customer service with a recent order. A duplicate order was taken due to a website glitch which meant 2 payments for a rug were taken plus 2 lots of shipping.
