Why does no one want to help customers any more - was offered an appointment in Harrogate - why cannot I speak to someone face to face in York - I only want some advice - so disappointed in Halifax ~ will take monies to nationwide

This bank is a joke went in today to to close my late brothers account i have been granted probate etc.
I was told bereavement department was the department i needed to ues over the phone or online however they could help and close the account and they did but would not release funds as it was now in the hands of... read full comment
