Went in with my mates about 8 of us, security didn’t have a problem with us we ended up buying a few things between us, Jumpers and T-shirts. Great quality and staff were great too, only issue is the bag tape came undone after around 20 minutes but not too big an issue, Security was friendly on way out too will be going... read full comment

Rude staff. Too busy chatting to acknowledge customers. Lady at counter looked up when we were leaving but with no smile or thank you. Won’t be going in again. Very uneasy atmosphere in store due to hostile staff.

SHOCKING customer service in the York store… lost for words. Served by a blonde young girl who was nothing but moody and didn’t represent the brand at all… GET HER OUT
