Company is not able to provide any phone instead of one that you have to leave with them for a service. Thats Samsung guaranted service all over the world ! Completely broken Samsung service in this place.

I will highly recommend this store for all your phone needs. Ollie was amazing! I’m a getting on a bit technophobe with special needs but Ollie guided me throughout. He is efficient, knowledgeable, very kind and understanding. I left the store feeling happy and relieved due to Ollie.Ps I only spoke to Jack and Matt briefly...
