“I visited the store today (13th of September) to receive help with my phone settings. I did not expect to receive much attention as I knew it was not a phone issue but rather me not understanding how to do it. It was about signing in. A young lady greeted me at the door and asked me if she could take a look at the phone. She talked me through all the steps and did everything for me, but in a way that would allow me to do it by my self if needed be. I was surprised by the amount of time she spent with me explaining everything because some people walked in right after me. She was very kind. I was surprised because not even I have that patience for myself sometimes! And she did not rush at all despite spending a long time with me knowing she wouldn’t get any commission because I wasn’t buying. I took her name (Judy) so when I go back she will definitely be my point of contact. Very nice girl.\\nWell done!”

“Decent sized store with a lot of selection, but also sometimes feels too empty or lacking of variation when compared to other stores in different locations. Prices being the same as other stores with not much variation.”

“Had an excellent experience getting a new phone with these guys, they make it simple and offer great deals to existing customers.Staff are all really patient and friendly and have to deal with a lot.However the process takes a hell of a long time, I think we were in there for about 3 hours just waiting.Not sure if this is the standard across the board however.”
