I visited this shop a few weeks ago to look at school shoes with my daughter (who will starting Reception in September). The shop was empty, and the customer service was appalling. After seeing a lovely boot in outlet at Castleford but they didn’t have my size but was told it was available for shipping but they couldn’t order it for me I rang outlet at York to see if they had it but they didn’t either.
