Ordered some “Whitby winkle” jewellery from Imogen whilst in Whitby. I loved hearing how her father had cast the original pendant winkle and how Imogen had scoured the beaches to find one small enough to cast for the earrings. Great craftsmanship but terrible customer service. I have prepaid for my order but no reply via email or phone.
I wouldn't recommend because of this and would say just go somewhere else to save the hassle.
