“I bought a beautiful necklace from this shop. The price was fantastic (£24 if I remember rightly) and it was exactly what I was looking for. Hummingbirds have a special meaning for me, reminding me of my Nana; so it was really wonderful to find a pendant in the shop with jet in it also. “Some reviews have expressed disappointment with this companies customer service. I think he just rushed off his feet, he is not a malicious scamming criminal as some would almost describe LOL. We dropped off a pendent with a missing gemstone. Yes, he took a few phone calls chasing, but at the end of the day, the guy repaired it, polished it and posted it out recorded post (at his cost) and we had it back within 3 weeks. We had purchased that pendent 3 years ago, and he was quite within his rights to wash his hands of it from the start- but he didn't. He offered to repair it. He is a good man, just without means of prompt and efficient communications which is what the world demands these days - Just keep trying him. I am taking him a gift to say thank you next august when I am in the village.”

I loved hearing how her father had cast the original pendant winkle and how Imogen had scoured the beaches to find one small enough to cast for the earrings. “In Whitby for the day. Very well presented window display attracted me right in. Noticed a couple of Casio watches I was interested in so popped in and spoke to Gracie. She Greeted me with a lovely smile and was very well mannered. Asked her about the 2 watches I was interested in so I showed her which two. She mentioned something about a discount and matching the prices online. I had already done my homework as to a few prices for one of the watches I looked at(casio A168 illuminator) these watches are around the £40 mark...she typed away at the computer and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the first watch which was down to £25. Straight away I was thinking I'm buying it. She also checked the price of the other Casio but it was a little over the budget for what I wanted to pay but it was still discounted to £55 from £80. Took the first one I was interested in..was presented in its original box, very neatly placed in box and receipt and guarantee placed into a card wallet. Very nice parting phrase and All in all a very positive experience and when down in Whitby next time I will most definitely look in window again. Excellent service. Keep up the good work. “I had seen an item of great interest on the web but was skeptical as it was a brand I'd not heard of however.. After a 400 mile trip I walked in and was greeted and tended to by Toni. Not only was she very polite and professional she was incredibly helpful in obtaining said item within 20 minutes!I'd been for a coffee and walked back in to find it on the counter waiting to be presented to which I was elated. Overall highly recommend the jewelers for their range and set up but commend Toni for being excellent, a real asset to your business. Many thanks again.”
