Some reviews have expressed disappointment with this companies customer service. I think he just rushed off his feet, he is not a malicious scamming criminal as some would almost describe LOL. We would definitely return to this hotel. It had everything that we needed. The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower was great! Love the idea behind the themes with each room. We stayed in the pink monkey puzzle room. We will stay in another next time!

Visited Whitby for my partners birthday. We enjoyed a two night stay in one of the top floor rooms. The room was beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds very powerful shower and a cute view of the sea and the Abby.
