Fabulous service yesterday at Skipton. Charlie was absolutely brilliant and very patient with me trying to solve my problem. The problem was my error and not Sports direct. After a while my problem was solved. Also his colleague was helpful. Thank you both for your help. Very much appreciated.

Extremely rude staff. Was told that they couldn’t help as they closed in 20 mins! I was just looking for a particular shoe which they said they don’t have without even looking… rude and completely unprofessional. Avoid

I visited this store this evening along with four other companions, we were taking part in a 50 mile walk along the canal and unfortunately got caught in the torrential rain along the way, on arrival we were pleasantly surprised as Staff supported us immediately on getting us back into feeling some kind of “comfort”... read full comment
