“ The thing I find most disappointing about this shop is staff members and their families putting derogatory comments about their colleagues as some of this information on here is very personnel and seems to be directed at certain members of staff. I go in this shop every day and haven't seen a problem The staff member is usually very busy with running the shop and the post office and stacking shelves. It does seem to Have a high turnover of staff but recently seems to have levelled. The staff I have encountered have always been friendly and polite. Some on these comments seem a shame. ”
“East Common Post Office & KeyStore is located on Barwic Parade opposite Barwic Parade School, on Petre Avenue. The Post Office and KeyStore convenience store and newsagents has recently changed hands, much to applause of the local community. The new owners are family run and are friendly and polite. The store is in the middle of updating. The new owner ran Better Butties on Denison road that had a great reputation for quality take-away hot and cold snacks and sandwiches. Within the Post Office & KeyStore there are two Post Office counters; a fair sized general store, with freezer cabinets and fridges for fresh food. Hot pies and pasties are sold at lunchtime with the introduction of Hot sandwiches and salads in the future.”

“A great post office, deli, cafe with a great selection of fresh produce. But please acknowledge customers when they come in the shop I stood with a large parcel in my arms for quite a few minutes before anyone ask me if I needed any help and I was the only one in the shop.”
