“Selby Branch.After finding my hot/cold mixer tap, originally, Ideal Standard "Ceraplan", approx. 8 years old, on wash basin leaking badly from body, I contacted Neil , Wolseley branch, Selby, who was very helpful. He explained that Wolseley no longer supply this type, and suggested replacement with their own make, "Nabis" which looked very close to original. I agreed, and collected this a couple of hours later, unfortunately whilst Neil was having his lunch.I was served by a very helpful young lady who took great trouble to ensure that I had correct hose connections and waste fitting, etc. now required, all at a reasonable price.Needless to say, all parts fitted together without problem,and indeed, there is no easily seen difference in manufacturers.I should just like to say, that I was very impressed by the service of both members of staff, and ,indeed, over many years, I have always had helpful service, been able to buy exactly what I need, and have never had to return/replace an incorrect item from this branch..”
